Any week on the list prior to week 22 and after week 34 is still available for $200.00 (excluding special events).
The minimum bid for a 2 bedroom unit would be $300.00. If interested, your bid should be submitted in writing with the form below and received by June 15. Please be sure to include a valid phone number and/or e-mail address. The highest bidders will be contacted.
Please note: if you wish to upgrade from 1 to 2 bedroom units, or to change your unit week, there will be an additional $100.00 fee for deeding the presently owned unit back to the resort.
