Daytona Beach welcomes the motorcycle enthusiasts in March and again in October as they roll in for the ‘World’s Largest Motorcycle Event’ – Bike Week and Biketberfest. Ride down historic Main Street and Beach Streets, along AIA or the scenic ‘Loop’ in Ormond Beach. Bike Week’s 10-day event, and Biketoberfest’s weekend event, provides high octane with street festivals, concerts, motorcycle races at Daytona International Speedway, bike shows, rallies, manufacturer showcases and more.

Perhaps it was the appeal of hard sand, warm winter days and the excitement of that first motorcycle race on the beach, that made Daytona Beach the home of Bike Week. Maybe it was the spirited activities surrounding the event that have kept people keep coming back. Whatever the case, Bike Week has been a tradition since January 24, 1937 – the inaugural running of the Daytona 200.

Today Bike Week has transformed into a 10-day festival that expands throughout Volusia County. There are hundreds of events for motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy. Bike Week now welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors annually and is enjoyed by locals and motorcycle enthusiasts world wide.

Each year, nearly 125,000 motorcyclists roll into the Daytona Beach area for a multi-day, annual event called Biketoberfest. This extended weekend of fun and sun includes motorcycle shows and rallies, live music, scenic rides along A1A and other historic roadways, racing at Daytona International Speedway and vendors offering everything from the latest models to parts and accessories.

Established more than 20 years ago by the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Biketoberfest is typically held the weekend immediately following Columbus Day with most visitors staying throughout the week.

Less than 300 yards from our property. Spend the whole day but also close enough for a sunset stroll.

Daytona Resort and Club is the perfect place to get ready for some NASCAR! We are located less than 5 miles from the Daytona International Speedway, which is the home of not just the Daytona 500, but also the Firecracker 250, Coke Zero 400, as well as stock car and motorcycle races.

DAYTONA Rising is a $400 million reimagining of an American icon – Daytona International Speedway.

Five expanded and redesigned entrances, or “injectors,” will lead fans to a series of escalators and elevators, transporting them to three different concourse levels. Each level features spacious social areas, or “neighborhoods,” along the nearly mile-long frontstretch.

At the conclusion of the redevelopment, Daytona International Speedway will have approximately 101,000 permanent, wider and more comfortable seats, twice as many restrooms and three times as many concession stands. In addition, the Speedway will feature over 60 luxury suites with track side views and a completely revamped hospitality experience for corporate guests.

The project officially broke ground in early July, 2013 and is expected to be completed in time for the 2016 Rolex 24 At Daytona and DAYTONA 500.
