Fellow owners, the balcony project should finish up by the tenth of August and is coming in on budget and no special assessments needed. We are sorry for the disruptions, but we had no choice because of the building collapse in Miami a couple of years ago. This code is now statewide, and we were one of the first in Volusia County to follow the new code. Our safety is a high priority, and you can feel comfortable each time you come to stay.

The next big project is the redo of the pool and hot tub. This will begin on the first of November and should be completed by the end of the month. We are in talks with the former Silver Beach Resort which is now a Howard Johnsons just across the street to allow our owners access to their pool and hot tub while ours is down.

It is our goal to return us back to a family resort, we have hired Lori Koon as Manager, she has already started to work on her CAM license and should have it soon.
