If you would like to become an Owner, the process is easy!  Your vacation is Deeded Ownership: An Asset. Your interest is legally considered real property. You buy the right to use a specific unit at a specific time every year, and you may loan, rent, sell, exchange, or bequeath your specific timeshare unit. With your ownership you can choose to trade your week with one of several exchange companies* and vacation at other resorts worldwide.  We work at your pace and take care of all the details for you.  Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a deed, just as you would if you purchased a home, and can be enjoyed generation to generation!
