Our family has gone to this condo every year since I was a girl. It's a delight to meet new people and reconnect with those you've met years prior. It's a wonderful well-made condo. I don't know how the housekeeping staff gets the rooms ready with such little turn-around time. The pool is always the perfect temperature. We love this condo and, while we could stay in other cities and facilities, choose to return year after year.

Because of it's sturdy build, noise levels from neighbors is not as much an issue. The pool is always the perfect temperature. We love this condo and, while we could stay in other cities and facilities, choose to return year after year.

My husband and I needed a week to decompress from the stresses of life for a week. We needed to do this on a strict budget - meaning no renting a car and preparing most of our meals. DRC fit the bill. We were pleased we could walk everywhere we needed to go, with the exception of Publix, which we took a trolley ($1.25). We had a 5th floor corner room, so we could see the beach from our bedroom window. So, if you want a relaxing get-a-way and love to walk than don't hesitate to stay here.

Our stay here in Daytona was very enjoyable. Although we have actually owned a condo in Daytona we stayed here for the first time. We were welcomed and found the staff very good and helpful. We had a very nice bedroom with plenty of space also a sitting room and kitchen. We had 2 bathrooms one just toilet and wash hand basin and the other shower and toilet - the wash hand basin being in the hallway. Outside the pool was fine heated, also a jacuzzi, shuffle board, basketball nets and kiddies area..would we return most probably yes.

I've been coming here since 2006 with my family. For the price, you can not beat this place. I have had my own time share for two years now, and I love it. Every year, about 20-30 of us head down and have the time of our lives. We utilize the cabana everyday, make drinks, use the grills, play shuffleboard, and go to the beach. The location is great, clean, safe, and secure. Every year the code changes to get into the gate and the doors, so safety is not an issue. It is a block off of the beach, some of the rooms you can see the beach..
